Not having talked to him, but seeing his frame this last season I'd have to imagine he'd go down to 197, maybe even 184? Not sure what slots Lindsey needs to fill or if he could even make 184. He has more of a 197 frame and his diet seems solid these days. But like Reed he's a bit of a tweener and you have to pick between the big cut or giving up size.
