Coaches, This happens every year at the beginning of the season as many new coaches at the HS level are unfamiliar with the weigh-in process and the OPC system. There are two links below to help you with this process. The first link is how to add an event to your schedule inside the OPC system. The second link shows you how to generate your weigh-in sheet for that event. Note, if your team has not conducted the Body Fat Assessment yet and entered your roster in the OPC, you will not be able to generate a weigh-in sheet. If you have questions about the latter, you should contact your athletics director immediately. I hope this helps someone! 40+ in the OCHS room tonight! Wrestlers from OC, South O., Central Hardin, John Hardin, Moore, and St.X! Already looking forward to next week!

Coaches & Wrestlers: Next Wednesday, March 15th Oldham Co. HS will be hosting the first RTC Workout. 5:00-6:30pm in the OCHS wrestling room. These workouts will rotate between OCHS and St. Xavier HS. Last spring we had wrestlers from all over attend these workouts including Oldham, North Oldham, St. X, Trinity, Fern Creek, Southern, Male, Moore, PRP, LaRue, and Spencer County. These workouts are absolutely free and a great opportunity for wrestlers in our area to get on a wrestling mat in the off-season. Workouts are open to all MS and HS wrestlers. Wrestlers must have a current USAW membership (all MS wrestlers should have these already. HS wrestlers may need to renew). Coaches invited as well! For anyone interested, you can find the pool assignments in the attachment. We have another great field of teams scheduled for Saturday. Wrestling will begin around 9:30-10:00am.
