Hey Ranger,  I think you should create a word file that explains how the team rankings are determined and then cut and paste that as the second post after the rankings every week.  It appears that this concept is a bit above the average kids head. 

I guess we just replaced this part of their schooling with some self-esteem activity so maybe we should just rank everybody #1 and just have a 3-day party instead of state and give everybody a participation ribbon.
