I think you misunderstood me.  Acroos the state, 189 isn't really deep right now.  So yes, I believe Vinson can move up and place.  You are right though.  Region 1 is pretty deep at this weight.

140 seems to be pretty balanced across the board.All the 140's are going to put on a good show at regionals.  the only week region at 140 is region 1. in which case i see isaac ervin(union) beating josh king(apollo)

What is the point of arguing between a fourteenth ranking and a 22nd ranking? State only goes back eight places. The best part of wrestling is: rankings dont mean anything. Sure it gives you an idea of where a kid is, but if a higher ranked wrestler does not train, work hard, and want it, a lower ability kid that has put in the hours of running after practice and in the gym, will beat him.

What is the point of arguing between a fourteenth ranking and a 22nd ranking? State only goes back eight places. The best part of wrestling is: rankings dont mean anything. Sure it gives you an idea of where a kid is, but if a higher ranked wrestler does not train, work hard, and want it, a lower ability kid that has put in the hours of running after practice and in the gym, will beat him.

We shouldn't get into eligibility issues, but I believe he moved a while back with the full support of his former coach, so I don't imagine there are any concerns.
