3/4nelson 0 Report post Posted February 17, 2009 Its going to happen much more with 32 man brackets. This may be the positive side of that. Younger kids getting more experience. I know some fishest in the top two that would have qualified in a 16 man bracket.
Nathaniel Bryan 6 Report post Posted February 17, 2009 Forgot someone1) As you can tell by the date of my post, I copied it off the KHSAA site BEFORE the brackets were fixed (i.e. inputting Fort Campbell and Fort Knox).2) It was NOT an intentional slight. When you're dealing with 14 brackets of 32 kids, it's not uncommon to forget someone (i.e. I had 24 of the 25)

naplesme 58 Report post Posted February 18, 2009 Just thought I'd add some insight to bulldog-leaders last post: Jeremy Burnham would have wrestled in Middle School State but finished 5th in region 1. I'm sure some of the others who did not wrestle would have if they could have place ahead of their middle school competition. For Jeremy that was eventual MS champion Logan Wedding, 2nd Place Caleb Canter, Wade Willen 3rd place and Chad Gafaher 4th or 5th at MS and 5th at 112 in the HS Region 1 tournament.
