No, they just lost the coach. They are looking to hire one.

Does dropping a program allow a kid to transfer schools without sitting out a year?

Ok I answered my own question.  

 

I looked up the by laws and a kid may transfer schools if a school documents the removal of a program that a kid has participated in.
