Dream Match

Recommended Posts

I'm quite sure this has been done before, but what the heck, let's do it again!!!!! The only rules to this is to try to keep weights close. Take any wrestler from any year and match em' up. Personally I would have like to have seen Micheal Jackson (God rest his soul) and Jacob Murton get it on. Let the debates begin.

Those are some interesting matches but for me it would be:

  Ian Horn vs John wolseifer

  Josh Whitaker vs Taylor Scherer

  Derrick Mollette vs Harrison Courtney

That is some matches that come to mind when I think of what I would like to see..

Jackson v. Murton is a good one.

Carr would pin Knable in 1st period, with his move of choice.

Josh Whitaker v. Livingston Merrit

Eric Slugantz v. Ian Horn

Drew Carmen v. Dan Carmen

Ryan Luna v. George King

Rhodes (sheldon clark) v. Chris Dunn  (epic match, for sure)

Tyler Baldwin v.  Jordan Blackmore

Chris Guillame v. Josh Coulter  (who remembers their semis match at state in 99?)

The 2001

Mike Ramsey, Marlon Dill Hwt match.

This was right out of a Rocky movie.

Should be shown to the underdog before thier match.  (Ah but I'm a fan of the fat guys)

True, if they showed the match maybe then people would see that it was not a reversal, but simply a loss of control. That should have been an overtime match.

from what I remember they gave a loss of control and then a takedown at the buzzer, but I could be wrong. But all I know is that cooper deserved whatever it was after all of those granby's at the end

Drew and Dan Carmen were more evenly matched than you think, I too wrestled them both. Both had short stints as college wrestlers, Drew beat an All-American at some point in his short college career.  Dan was so muscular for his weight, Drew was a technical guy.

Anthony Smith would beat Luke Metzger (close though)

What about Luna v. King I figured this would spark some talk.
