Team KY schoolboy national duals

Recommended Posts

We are working to put together a MS Team KY for the schoolboy nationals duals (freesyle/greco) in Indianapolis in early June. First priority for spots has been given to those who participated with the team in Danville IL last month. We still have a few openings, particularly 70 and the upper weights. Wrestlers must be born in 1999 or 2000 to compete. If you are interested please let me know ASAP.

Bump. Opportunity to participate with Team KY and get possibly 20 matches. Still a couple spots open. Any kids born in 1999 or 2000 we have openings in the following weights: 70, 210, 265. We could also use another kid around 152 and 175.

Would love to be a part this year with you all, but Tristin Dowell  is Team Indiana Gold 128. Guess we'll be competing against you this year! Good luck to you all!

Glad to see that Kentucky will be represented at this tournament this year.  It is the toughest tournament for this age group anywhere in the country.

It will be nice to see Tristin. Have to say I much rather see him with our singlet on. Lol. Glad to see him doing so well.

Just a little info for those unfamiliar with this event. This will be a Greco and freestyle duals event. There are 34 freestyle teams and 33 Greco teams registered from 25 states across all parts of the country. It will be great competition and a great opportunity for our guys to get some experience in these styles.

Should be a great event. Most of these boys have dedicated a lot of time over the last few months preparing for this event. I would like to thank Sean fausz, Garth yenter, jay yenter, Jason Moore, David destephano, and John Roth for spending so much time preparing these boys for this event. Should be a learning experience for all of them.

This question is for future reference.  Can you use wrestlers from adjoining states to fill in holes in your lineup for the Schoolboy duals?
