wrestlewatcher 3 Report post Posted February 16, 2012 Nice article for a great kid. He and his dad have never been anything other than gentlemen to my knowledge. I hope he gets the chance to take it all in one last time at the state tournament and plant some great memories----and finish big. Good Luck young Mr Fahy both this weekend and in your college career.
Has Been 11 Report post Posted February 17, 2012 Maybe other parent’s and wrestler's can learn from the example set by the Fahy's. John’s wrestling speaks for himself, his dad NEVER had to boost about achievements or how good the boys were. Everyone sees a first class wrestling family, the same as the Courtney, Knable and Carr family's. Wasn't around for the Clarkston or Hardin era. I would imagine they were the same... THanks and good luck in the Big Ten.....and I hope all the other participants represent KY the same way.
bjjwrestler 8 Report post Posted February 17, 2012 Indeed a fine young man, and yes a great Kentucky wrestler. All Kentucky wrestlers should strive to emulate this young man.
