BigCoach 3 Report post Posted October 20, 2011 LaRue County has their own room. It is attached to our indoor practice facility for baseball/softball. Size is 80 X 40 (two and half mats). Showers, two locker rooms and a wrestling coaches office. Our locker rooms, showers and coaches office are solely for wrestling. We practice normally for two hours or so after school each day. Our district has taken pretty good care of us. The only thing we don't have that we would like to have is wifi but we are working on that for the upcoming season. FalconWrestling 147 Report post Posted October 20, 2011 We used to have an amazing wrestling room, it got turned into the weight room and we got stuck in the old weight room, barely fits one mat. We used to practice about 2-3 hours
Charger Coach 14 Report post Posted October 20, 2011 We practice in the cafeteria for about 2 hours; 3 hours on weight lifting days which is twice a week. Every day we put up the lunch tables, transport the mats from the equipment closet in the gym and roll them out. After practice, repeat the process in reverse . Our locker room is the PE locker room when they actually open it for us. Most of the time, the kids just change in the cafeteria.

Notfromhere 6 Report post Posted October 21, 2011 Franklin County practiced in the cafeteria for years (put up tables, put down mats, put up mats, put down tables) but this year they got a large classroom that is no longer used, so they can keep the mats down. It even has a water fountain!
