Regional alignment map

Recommended Posts

I was bored and found this cool website that allows you to plot points on a map and color code them.

I took all 8 regions and color coded the address of each school.

Take a look. I Think I got all the schools but I may have missed one or two.

http://www.multiplotter.com/index.php?map_id=28664&showmap&dashboard=true#gotomap

If you know of a school I missed please tell me the name of the school and what region they are in.

Enjoy. :D

On the state tournament website they list teams that did not score at the state tourney.

Does anyone know if the following teams actually had a team this year?

Henderson County (I'm pretty sure they did not have a team)

Jenkins

KSB

Prestonburg

Shawnee.

All of these teams are listed as scoring (0) points at the state tourney.

Shawnee started out the year with 2 wrestlers, but by the end of the year had 0. KSB has not fielded a team for 3 or 4 years now. Prestonburg has not fielded a team for at least the last 5 years. I think Jenkins is a new team, but not for sure.

Henderson county hasn't had a team for the past 3 years. Too bad - they had some good kids.

Thanks, I was just wondering which high schools in Jefferson County had wrestling teams and which ones didnt. This map made it very easy and was very helpful, it was also neat to see how they were grouped. Great job.
