This is how you have to train if you want to be successful at the highest levels. You should really check it out, very cool. mano y mano 0 Report post Posted February 27, 2008 I think there is a few thinks to point out: 1.this was in season training, obviously they change workouts geared for the periodization2. Notice that everything on that day was geared on back and powerhe made a comment on how everything was not bodybuilding technique but horse power. When are you ever in a perfect lift position in wrestling. Everything is dynamic. seems like every kid zeros in on the bench press, thats good for wrestling if you are on your back.
