BIGFAN 0 Report post Posted March 29, 2007 I know for sure Brent Hitchins, Caleb Irvin, J.J Jude & Drew Newberry were named All American. It was based on record. Drew Newberry led the team with only 1 loss. He went 6-1 with 1 win being by forfeit. Everybody else had at least 2 losses but all in all it was a good showing for Team Kentucky. We are not at the Jordan level yet but we are gaining ground.
RYLE RAIDERS 0 Report post Posted March 29, 2007 Connor received his get well card in the mail today from his fellow members of Team Kentucky. The CT Scan came back negative he has a neck sprain. He has been in therapy this week and is close to having full range of motion in his neck. I would like to take this time to thank everyone for their thoughts, prayers, phone calls and concern. As a parent it was a very scary experience to go through. Connor was very proud to wear the Team Kentucky Singlet. Our boys wrestled some of the best wrestlers in the country and did very well. Team Kentucky you should be proud of yourselves. Coach Hitchings thank you for all you have done and continue to do for Middle School Wrestling in Kentucky. It was great to get to know some of the best wrestlers and best wrestling families in the State of Kentucky. Thanks Again Ken Coyle
