He will be at 106 at regionals, he's had weight troubles this year so he decided to wait until regionals to make 108

He can't wrestle 108 at region unless he weighed in at that prior to state duals

Depends on what Klein certified and his descent plan. He probably wrestled up to 122 but weighed 115. Just a hunch...

I see what crl138 is saying. The question is, has Klein wrestled 106/108 at all this year? If the answer is no, I'm pretty sure he isn't eligible to drop now.

Just looked it up on Trackwrestling, Klein has in fact made 106/108 this season. As long as he hasn't had a weigh in that messes up his descent plan, he will be eligible to wrestle 106/108 at the Regional tournament.
