Many coaches only put in the wins for their wrestlers. When I was the stat man for our team. I utilized Trackwrestling live to enter results. Basically, I grabbed an injured wrestler, a former wrestler, or one of the wrestlers' girlfriends to enter the trackwrestling information as I recorded the match on paper. There is somewhat of a learning curve if you try to learn the live entry on your own. After you mess up a match or two, then you get the hang of it.

If you keep pinning everybody that steps on the mat with you, then rankings don't matter. Let's face it....Rankings are fun to read and dream about who should be where and such. Some coaches are better at entering in the information than other coaches. I have overheard more than one coach at different venues state that they only enter wins for their particular wrestlers, and that they do not enter losses. That being said. Most win-loss records are not as accurate as they are recorded.
