Lots of updates.  Keep the info coming.  I appreciate all of the feedback I have been getting from everyone!  I expect to hear a lot from KOB and Lonesome (probably others around the state as well).

Why do you still have seneca ranked sixth they are way overrated i admit 103-125 is probably one of the best in the state but they don't deserve to be that high tenth is probably a good spot and simon kenton i honestly think should just barely be out of the top ten maybe 10th or 11th  and also sk beat eastern pretty easily in a dual last week

I think I already addressed this.  My team rankings are projected state tournament finish.  They have nothing to do with duals.  For example, Lawrence County when both Murtons were there.  They scored a few points at the state tournament (finished #23), but could be virtually no one in a dual.  Putting guys into those medal rounds, especially semis and finals scores a lot of points.

Once again Ranger123, goodjob on the rankings

I'm sure that there will be small arguments about the teams or individuals ranks,

but by putting these rankings out they give us all a heads-up on our opponents.

The rankings are greatly appreciated, keep up the good work.

ranger123 everone is entitled to thier own openion but there are several kid's at the top  of your ranking's that dont belong in my opinion. such as j ashbrook ahead of b warner at 135 ithink ashbrook got beat  by ben's brother etric who i think everyone would agree that was not as good as ben is and ben's record speak's for it's self. ithink he has only lost to d scott-k rushell-bryant since moving to ky .So maybe you should check your feedback alittle better

Last year Ashbrook was easily the 2nd best in state, he just got unlucky being in the same side of the bracket as murton, he even beat Brandon Howard who is very tough, Ben is jumping up 2 weight classes, he has to prove himself before being ahead of Josh.

Nice job on the rankings ranger123. One thing that has to be understood is that it's hard to rank a wrestler when he moves up 2 or more weight classes. But the theory is a high ranked wrestler coming back to a weight class will be ranked higher than a high ranked wrestler coming to a new weight class. For example, Cooper and Banks both runner ups last year, but since banks is coming up from 45, and cooper was the runner up last year at 152, Cooper gets the higher ranking UNTIL he's proven unworthy of the ranking, because he contended at that weight class last year. Give a little empathy to ranger, Warner may very well be better than Ashbrook( I personally think Warner is a very talented wrestler), but he has to prove it coming from 125. Ashbrook allready has his respect at 135 only losing to Murton last year at state. Warner may be better, but until PROVEN otherwise in THIS years weight class, he's # 2.

To sum up the Voth Lewis situation..... i believe Voth pinned Lewis last year at the Woodford County tournament.

I heard that Sam Scheuer of Ryle is going 112. He lost to Sullivan and bumped up to wrestle a light Dalton Evans last week and Tech falled him. Also Daniels Of Wayne beat Evans last week not sure of score. Watch out for Scheuer at 112.

I think you do a great job on the rankings but you should rank people where they have been wrestling not where they are going to wrestle acooring to people on here. For Example Starks has been wrestling 215 and should be ranked their, Coty Lewis hasn't even been wrestling(don't know why)? This is just my opinion.

Eric may have beaten Ashbrook a couple years ago, I don't know.  But I'm sure if we want to go back and dig up some middle school results we could have a field day making arguments for this guy or that guy.  For example, Sullivan was owned by a number of kids in middle school.  Do we care now?  I don't think so, because he has stepped up to a new level and put those years behind him.  Ashbrook is a completely different wrestler than a few years ago.  Excluding the Murton match he had a pretty easy run to 3rd place, pinning Bibbs for 3rd.  Warner was dominant at 125.  But he is coming up 2 weight classes.  So in my mind if the two guys are about equal, then I am going with the guy who competed at that weight for now.  Although I just heard that Ashbrook will be out for another month for his foot injury.  So that could change things a little.

This is another really close call.  It could go either way.  Though the longer Lewis is out of the lineup the more it favors Voth.  That technique will slip if he doesn't have the mat time.  I think Voth was the best 119 last year, but was a little overwhelmed by the spotlight.  He will be ready this year.

Ashbrook got a second opinion today (wed.) and was cleared to wrestle tomorrow.  I would speculate that he will be ready to wrestle at the Bourbon Bash.

i think josh ashbrook would just out man warner if they wrestled warner is tough dont get  me worng but ashbrook is solid and overthe summer saw him beat a couple really good wrestlers at camp including the champ form west virgina pretty soundly

in my opion the winner of that wieght class is going to have to be the most out standing wrestler you have the number one and two at 215 number one at 189 and douglas winter the number five at 215 this could be interesting
