Jacketcoach 19 Report post Posted September 13, 2011 Not sure on wts but French (STX), Hitchings (TRI), Fahy (TRI), Kahl (TRI), the Lampes (STX), Rosado (MOO), Padilla (MOO), Jarvis (CEN), Dozier (CEN), Moore (MAN) are some that will do good in the region. I know I am leaving some people out but for some reason our region does not talk on these topics too much. There will definitely be some suprises from our region. It will be interesting to see how many region 4 guys place at county. Umm correct me if im wrong but i think Hall Lampe Rosado Fahy Hitchings just to name a few and out of the matches at county there were a few weight classes in which both wrestlers that were in the finals were from region 4 this should be an exciting county tournament. I can see st.x with about 5 people in the finals, tri with maybe 4, moore with maybe 3 or 4 and central with about 4. But my predictions for regionals there will be a few kids that will walk through the tournament due to the lack of ranked wrestlers at the weight classes. 106- Great match 114 Walk through for Edwin 120 Tough match depending on where lampe goes 126 Walk in the park for Kahl unless lampe ends up there (could be a great rematch from last year) 132 Walk Through for zeus 138 Walk for fahy( i have a feeling the state tournament will be a walk for him in his conquest for a 4th title) 145 IDK up for grabs 152 Finals jarvis and hitchings has the potential to be a great match considering Jarvis showed great improvement at bluegrass 160 Despain Walk 171 Bauer Walk 182 up for grab 195 Dont know to mutch about either wrestlers 220 Darrow walk 285 Lawrence Just sitting back and looking at everything region 4 has the potential to produce several state placers(maybe two) at each weight class! ccwrestler^oldschool 10 Report post Posted October 11, 2011 Why wouldn't he want to face Fahy? 1. Maybe he believes this is where he will wrestle the best 2. He may believe it helps his team. 3. Just because soemone else is in a wt class doesn't mean you leave that wt. class 4. Maybe he thinks he can defeat fahy. Any and all of these reason are good reasons to go 138 even if Fahy is there. You should know by now that nobody is a lock for state, not even Fahy especially if Cooper and Meyers are there. Along with others that could end up there.
