Wrestling Dad 99 Report post Posted March 5, 2010 Did Jacob Murton get injured in the Eastern qualifier? I see he is not on the bracket at nationals, and it looks like he had a medical default in the consolation semis of the qualifier, but won his 5th place match. Anyone know what happened? jbigdaddy 8 Report post Posted March 9, 2010 I was told by someone on CU's team that Murton had a back/neck injury and that he is done wrestling indefinitely. I realize that with injuries, sometimes a person can work their way back, and perhaps Murton will return. I'm just writing what I was told. He is an incredible wrestler, and I found him to be a very nice, helpful instructor for my wrestlers. I wish Jacob the best. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
