tiltfor3 20 Report post Posted February 22, 2010 Class act. Questionable fashion statements in their section but, the kids conducting themselves well in what was surely a dissappointing ending to a great year. They are losing good ones but they have good ones coming back too. (will Hall? Is the $64K ?)Better strap'em up Trinity if your going to defend it again. singleleg16 0 Report post Posted February 22, 2010 Had Hall beaten Bradbury, how big of a point swing would that have been? I don't think that it would have been enough to change the standings, but it would have definitely brought the teams closer. And what happened with Trinity's 215's semi-final match? The one where he escaped in double or triple overtime and was taken down while celebrating and the ref dismissed the takedown, then allowed the match to resume, and declared Trinity the winner? That was the worst call of the whole tournament it should of atleast went to sudden death because afterward the Trinity guy just stalled and backed up for 7 secs.. 12345 0 Report post Posted February 22, 2010 Halls match would not have been enough. trinity won by 28pts and the hall match would have only been an 8 point swing. However in the 215 match the referee blew the whistle after trinity's 215 stepped out of bounds imediatley following the escape. So there was no takedown. mano y mano 0 Report post Posted February 22, 2010 The wrestling Gods shined on the Rocks, they got the draws and the calls. Not to mention, they wrestled their butts off. When you have a close team race, generally you expect to get some help from other teams. Ryle wrestled well, got no help. Rocks got some big wins in the wrestle backs and in the uppers. Ohlman and 215 Semi, sealed it. Ryle finished with 2 first, 2 2nd, 2 3rds, 2 5th and 1 7th.
