He has already done this.  It is under High School Records and State Champions.  It has the team winner and runner up and the individual winners.

I am talking about something like in 1998 St Xever won state as a team, 1999 woodford County Won state as a team, 2000 woodford county won state as a team, 2001 st x won state as a team, 2002 woodford county won state as a team, 2003, south oldham won state as a team, 2004 cambol county won state as a team, 2005 and 2006 woodford county won state as a team, 2007 union county won state as a team

The closest thing you will come is here.  only the most recent years are here, you can't find the earlier years anywhere.  I don't think the brackets are here, but there may be some.

click on the year you want and go from there.
