Guest wrestler92 Report post Posted May 31, 2007 If you are behind them you don't have to have the arm, because you are coming from behind and are pulling the head down from one side. It's only illegal if you are coming underneath both arms on each side. Reason being because if you come from one side you are able to pull the head under their body whereas if you just have a full nelson you are just pushing the head and able to put pressure on it by torquing on the underside of their arms.
