Isaac Knable 36 Report post Posted April 14, 2014 Knable Wrestling “Hard Work & Strong Faith” Knable Wrestling commits its passion for wrestling to its wrestlers. Knable Wrestling focuses on commitment, self-discipline, respect, self-confidence, attitude and leadership. Not only to be successful on the wrestling mat but also in life. From years of competing and coaching wrestling, I can see the aspects of wrestling from both perspectives. No matter what level of wrestling you are at grade school, high school or college the wrestler that is successful is the one who not only knows but understands the basic fundamental skills the best. Over the years I have developed a system of drills, shot development, techniques, and conditioning methods that concentrate on a higher level of focus and intensity. If you are looking for a clinic of moves this is not the training opportunity for you. Other camps show a lot of moves and techniques and unfortunately the wrestler does not retain much at all. Knable Wrestling training programs and camps are designed to focus on understanding and developing basic fundamental skills and positioning that every wrestler needs to get to the next level and to be successful. TRAINING PROGRAM 3 Week Training Program Begins Week of May 19th Option 1 2 sessions per week Wednesday 6-7:30 Saturday 11-12:30 Cost $100.00 Option 2 3 sessions per week Monday/Thursday 6-7:30 Saturday 9-10:30 Cost $150.00 Training Camps and Programs are for committed and serious participants.
