Allamerican125 0 Report post Posted April 24, 2006 Being a defensive wrestler is not necessarily a good thing, If you cant score offensively then you will not be a state champ, You cant be a counter wrestler and expect to be on top. Sullivan, Courtney, and Wolsiefer should not be on the list their totally offensive just because they cant be scored on doesnt mean that their a defensive wrestler it means their dominant. I believe that most from Harrison Co. would fit in this catagory, with the exception of possibly Ashbooke. Wasson, Sanders, Ward, Hall, and Murdock are all defensive wrestlers. Out of the bunch Sanders had the best success. But as was mentioned they will not be able to win the big matches unless they become more aggresive. Wasson: may be the best of the bunch, but he has got to become more aggressive in his matches. He has lost many matches that maybe he should not have last year.
