I don't think it is harsh at all.  Fingers in the butt is considered unconcentual penetration and therefore rape.  Plus, 5 on 2 is innappropriate touch which is punishable as a lower level rape.  Kids that have had this hold put on them and have it on tape could press charges with the police and the other kid would go to jail or boysville.

Good Counters to all the above:

all acceptable due to certain violations

commonly referred to as "free the two counters"

hard elbow, knee, fist, forehead etcc... you get the idea, to the nose or anywhere on the front of the face

any hard shot with knee, elbow, fist, you get the idea to the opponents two

both can lead to disqualification but if properly applied well worth it!
