1.  MS By laws are updated and attached to this email.  Reminder:

            Deadline for turning in the Bylaw Acknowledgement form will be December 18, 2015.  (forms received after December 18th - but before January 1, 2016 will be subject to a $50.00 fine) (forms received after January 1, 2016 will not be valid and teams will not be allowed to participate in District/region/State Duals/ State Tournament)
