eville dad 17 Report post Posted November 5, 2006 I saw where CU had their first dual vs McKendree and lost a close one 19-16. The website list the early rounds of wrestle offs but not the final rounds. Anyone have an update on how wrestle offs ended up?What is the starting lineup? kdsmith27 14 Report post Posted November 17, 2006 McKendree Dual ResultsNovember 3rd. - Campbellsville University starts off the duel season of 2006-07 with a loss to McKendree. After winning 5 of the 9 matches wrestled, the Tigers could only manage 16 points and came up short at home against McKendree. Under the home spotlight for the first time, the Tigers put themselves in a hole early and could not overcome the deficit. The match was slated to start at 197, but with All-American Glen Jackson nursing a sprained knee, the tigers where forced to forfeit the weight and start the duel behind 6-0. With consecutive losses at 285, 125, 133 the Tigers finally got going when Kyle Norred scored a decision at 141. Jairus Murton then kept the momentum going with his win over former All-American Josh Blackburn at 149. All-American Chris Seta wrestled up a weight class to help the team and was able to manage an 8-3 win. All-American David Clemens also wrestled up a weight class and was still able to get the major decision with a 10-2 victory.
