The High School Athlete Appearance contest is designed to reward a high school program that has had a positive influence in their community through the wrestling program. We will reward one high school program an athlete appearance in the winter and one other high school program in the spring of 2014.

The first winner will be picked on November 8th, 2013.

Here are the questions:

• How many athletes and coaches are involved in your program?
• Do you have a youth club and a junior high/middle school program?
• Explain how your community is involved with your wrestling program.
• How would an elite athlete appearance make a difference within your wrestling program and your community?
• Do you have an inspirational story about an athlete or coach in your program?
• How is your program involved within your community? (Ex. community service, events, fundraisers, etc.)
• As a coach, how do you train your athletes for the rest of their lives? 
• What do you do different than other coaches to inspire your athletes to be great?
