I'm a Hawkeyes fan as well and I share your disappointment. However, I would be surprised if he ever actually gets the privilege of wearing the black and gold. He and Brands, or he and Morningstar, or he and someone will butt heads and he will be sent packing. The guy can't seem to keep his mouth closed on twitter and sounds like a punk every time he opens his mouth or types a word. Maybe the coaches can help this kid turn a new leaf, but if it walks like a duck....we'll, you know.

I had forgot about Coach Case going to Dunbar. Glad that Coach Miller still will be around. Very knowledgeable guy. Best wishes on finding a new Coach.

A little surprised that no one has mentioned this yet. Marky Mark does it again. Gets the fall in the finals to win his 2nd Jr. World Championship. I remember watching him against Bradberry in the State finals his 7th grade year. Then catching up with him last year during the Olympic team trials. The kid has came a long way. Hope to see him wear Olympic GOLD one day.

I can see some calls going the other way, but after watching Dake in person at the Olympic trials and on Flo yesterday, I think he turns officials off from the get go. He has got to be one of the biggest crybabies I've ever seen. I think he would be a lot better off if he'd just shut up and wrestle.

Woodford guys represented well. Freshman Tristan Brooks went 3-2 Sophmores Wyatt Andreoni and CJ Cardwell both went 3-2 Senior Joey Roberts went 2-2 And Max Andreoni is still alive in wrestle backs right now. Very proud of these guys. Awesome job this weekend!

Who's heading to St. Louis this weekend to watch the NCAAs? I'm sure some good folks from CC will be heading that way as well as some new comers from McCracken Co. Anyone else making the trip? Gonna be a great time! Can't wait to get there!

So much for me calling for PSU to win it! Lol! Ohio State is the real deal. Great finals matches. The Nickal Dudley match for 3rd was a lot closer than the score indicated and a blast to watch. Still shocked that Micah knocked off Sorenson then gets tech'd again in the finals. Retherford is scary good.

Some great semi finals! Micic comes up a little short against NATO, BoJo comes through, but Myles Martin stole the show! Takes out Nickal in an epic match! Myles is peaking....again! Gilman took care of business as expected. One of my favorites Issac Jordan loses again to Massa on a BS call. Seriously? Unbelievable! PSU is in the drivers seat to win this thing. Only challenger may be OSU. On a side note, Minnesota has looked solid this weekend.
