Hello, Cost for Team Kentucky is $170 for the wrestlers competing on the number 1 team. Wrestlers competing with Kentucky Thorobreds (the number 2 individuals) will pay a $150 team fee. The difference is due to the amount of gear being recieved. Due date for pay is not until we arrive in Crawfordsville, IN on April 14. On this day we will arrive, fill out necessary paper work, weigh in, and I will trade each individual/parent a bag of gear for $170. If you wish to pay before hand, this is no big deal, just reach out and let me know. If you are going to write a check, please make them out to "Wrestling Addix". We will carravan out there the morning of April 14th. You can set this up based on location and convenience. It is of vital impotance we all arrive at the same time, because we need to weigh in as a team and get the paper work knocked out. It's not much, but simplified when we are all together. As soon as I hear back from Mr. Cook I'll know what time is optimal to arrive. Make sure you have your USA card, these are needed for registration. Parents please provide a hotel room for your wrestler. Lindsey Wilson has sponsored to cover food while the teams are competing.

Hello, Attached is the document containg dates, times, and locations of practices for Team Kentucky. It is important to note that Sunday's - Team Prctice is a mandatory event for Varsity members (Blue and Red teams). This only occurs once per week. I believe it is necessary to get adequate face-to-face and hands-on time with each member. The practices will be loosely structured focused on the improvement of performance and wrestling quality - things like how to gain position, how to secure position, chain wrestling, finding attacks against national studs, chasing bonus points appropriately, and breaking through mental walls. Cardio is not stressed during these practices because it is understood that one day a week is not enough to get in shape. However, they are expected to be in shape and will be pushed as such. *It is the responsibilty of each varsity member (Blue and Red teams), and alternates to be in shape and capable of wrestling 6 hard minutes and over time if necessary. The TUESDAY/THURSDAY Regional practices are not mandatory. These are simply scheduled opportunities for parents, desired partners, and local team members to get in a room with each other and spend some more time traing together. On-the-fly changes may occur and this is not to stress over. These will be taken in stride and addressed subjectively. Each Parent and or wrestler will be notified to the best of my ability in these occurances.
