Last year, the brackets were released on Sunday. Shocked me how quick they were released. The deadline on track shows Monday at 3pm as the deadline to release information to the public. Who knows. Historically the random draw always came out on the Sunday after regionals when all of the results were submitted to the state.

Guessing around midnight

Each region has 56 qualifiers Region 1: 126 (11 teams) Region 2: 142 (16 teams) Region 3: 110 (12 teams) Region 4: 86 (9 teams, 2 teams with 0 kids) Region 5: 128 (11 teams) Region 6: 139 (12 teams) Region 7: 179 (17 teams) Region 8: Not released Looks like realignment needs to take place. Several kids in region 4 have already qualified without stepping on the mat. Region 7 has 179 kids and 17 teams alone!

have 11 at 132 and 152. 10 at 113, but the way it is set up, the 3 and 4 seed have first round matches. if they win that and lose in the quarterfinals, and keep winning in the consis, their 5th match will be the consi-semis.

It is either wait until midnight or wrestle again in the morning on Sunday. Likelihood of it happening isn't great. Better chance at 152 than the others.

region 1 is as of now. possibility for 5 match rule to hit at 113, 132, and 152 if it plays out.

I stand corrected. I never finished watching the whole video and you could see Leavell handing out the award. All I saw was the one guy saying Logan, who was very much deserving. He must've been on the board and was casting his vote.

Trinity, St. X, Desales (Catholic?) are in the Louisville area. Union County has a Catholic school pre-k through 8th grade and middle school aged kids wrestle for the UC middle school club, but no catholic high school in the county.

He is seeded 1st in his region on the brackets. Looks in to me.

Ashley Courtney - Woodford?

I don't believe so. Priscilla Brownfield, I believe was her name, was one match away from placing in 2006. She went 3-2 for Campbell County at 106.

The kid Hunter beat in the finals is ranked #6 at 106 in high school, so it's not like he didn't beat any chumps.

Going to post rankings after regionals? I know Ethan Wells moved back up to 126, and Parker McKee (McCracken 120) dropped to 113 for regionals. McKee has a win by fall over Riley Johnson (Caldwell) this season. Region 1 brackets aren't released yet to see any other shifts.
