I do Cross Country before and Track after, but alot of our wrestlers play soccer. Not sure if they think it helps them, Jared switched from Football to Soccer so he wouldnt miss the early part of the season

Im going to 3 camps, going to my school's new offseason practices, wrestling every weekend with people about 60 pounds heavier then me, and im going to see if I can find a tournament or 2. So as you would probably guess I would reccomend hitting the mat all summer.

How much did he weigh this season? He looked about 102-104 to me.

He also put on alot of muscle and didnt look like he had 10 pounds of fat on him. Caleb could possibly stay at 130. Wempe was able to make 125 for most of his career

But next year Christian isnt looking good losing both Leavell and Croney and the loss of Payne hurts too. Arent you only returning 4 qualifiers? They are still going to be in the Top 3 in the region but Union should run away with it again

125 is almost always the most balanced weight class in terms of strength to technique. Last year our 130 had a winning record with no technique to speak of. Technique is still more important up to 160 then it switches over to strength. And once you reach 215 and Heavy one single move can change an entire match, like a random head and arm

It all depends on who stays at the weight. I dont think Fahy and Wade are staying at 103. I dont know abotu the rest of the Top 10

The Fort Campbell comment was meant as joke cause honestly Union is going to dominate Region 1 until the Ervins somehow run out

Jared needs to improve his ACT score but he is looking at The Merchant Marine Academy or New York University I believe

Union probably has Region 1 again, unless Fort Campbell has like a bunch of beasts move here, that actually wrestle

How much did the losses of Keaton Thomas and Levi Griggs hurt Union?

Ya Brock Ervin might wrestle 103 next year for Union, that would be interesting. I mean some people think he could become the best Ervin yet

easily the Ervins IMO just what they have done for Union County and all the individual titles they have won. Brock has the potential right now to be a 4 time champ if he gets big enough. A more interesting argument is to find out families for each school. I remember the only way we had a semi-full team this year was through bunches of brothers wrestling. 3 Gittings, 2 Arruguins, 2 Mannings, 2 Sahms....

John Fahy had Rusch (19th) Bracco (5th) Willen (6th) Paden (3rd) then Milford (4th) and destroyed all of them. And Pound for Pound I think the Top 5 at 103 could easily do jsust as well if they were 140s In terms ofp ure dramatic victory I would give it to Luke Ervin

No David is going to weigh 103 next year. This year he weighed like 95 pounds with clothes on. He is alot smaller then his brother was, and Robbie was only a 112 his Freshman Year

No I think it is Caleb and Issac (I know they are Robert Ervin's kids) Luke and Gabe Mitch, Max, and Brock then their is Grant Ervin who I guess doesnt wrestle. And there are at least 5 more in elementary school
