I see the top 103's next year being: Milford, Ruschell, Yenter, and maybe Willen. (No clue if/how much he was cutting)
-
He lost to Will Hogben from Ryle and Jordan Woolen from Ohio County.
-
Nick Leddy at 171.
-
Garth Yenter for sure. He definitely got busy this weekend. He pulled two big upsets against Bracco and Reburn.

Just one week to go... What are everyone's last thoughts for each weight class? (Top 4 or 5)
-
Any Predictions now that we have a bracket, for finals at least?

most underated wrestlers in each weight class

At 103 I'd throw in John Anderson in. He's the type of wrestler that can get caught, but can also catch you. An upset or two from him wouldn't be surprising to me. He can wrestle pretty aggressively and if he gets a few technical things together, he might place at state. -
Any full results?

Looks like the Goff vs. Schuyler match was running pretty close... -
I don't consider 3 minutes of stalling an upset. (At least not a natural upset) I just get mad every time I see that match.

16 for each weight class. (2 from each region)

Btw, the Stringer that dec. Suter was Stephen Stringer. And the one dec. by Lalonde was Grant Stringer. (Twins) -
Not sure if they still sell it, but the Oreo cereal was really good. Lucky Charms and Reeses Puffs are my other favorites.
-
I think they usually do the random draw and post it on the Sunday or Monday after regionals, so its just over another week away.
-
I agree, scrambles are way more common and easier to force at the light weight. You tend to see a lot more movement in them too, probably because 103-125's usually don't try to muscle each other over.

The region 7 regionals aren't going to be held at Henry Clay this year. They will be at Montgomery County High School. -
I'd have to say Murrell will take the win over Andrew Wright. They're on very close levels and Wright beat him in OT at Capital City Classic, but Logan Murrell has lost once out of how many times that he's won? At 160, Chad Ott will be PLD's varsity 160. And Keaton Hub has beaten the Henry Clay 215.

no offense to the big guys, but imo, hwt is almost always the most boring weight class. its very slow and very low scoring. its way too easy to stall and too easy to have fluke matches because its almost always throws and its easy to have a wrestler just get stuck. nothing happens on the mat because most hwts cant carry two of themselves and they just lay flat. too many hwts try to rely on their strength and usually aren't in solid stances. but that's just my opinion.

Wade Holtzclaw did wrestle at WCI. I watched him myself. He beat Ritchie Supe by a takedown in the finals. -
Honestly, with all the Fahy hype and everything he's done it national level tournaments, I'm surprised that there's even a discussion. I agree with Kentucky10. If someone (Bracco, Milford, Paden or Ruschell) happens to beat him when it comes down to it, it's not going to be a very big margin and they're going to have to have an outstanding intensity level and pace during the match. They're going to have to bust their tail to keep Fahy on the defense, which as far as I know is pretty tough to do. I'm not sure who, if anyone can, might cut it close. But like others have said, you never know.

Is Andy Lenz stuck at 119 now or did Harrison County have a meet that was not cancelled?
-
Who all is going, besides Dunbar, Bryan Station, and Montgomery Co.?
-
At this point, I believe the Future Duals are still being held at Montgomery County.
-
There was a discussion on this last year so i thought i would bring it up again. Who are the strongest (physically) for each weight class?

Jarvis Elam Tyler Voth Ethan Miller
