    Coach Knable has been all 3 of my sons coach and workout partner thru their highschool careers.He is one of the main reasons they love wrestling and are all state champions.He is an excellent example to them on and off the mat.Coach Knable runs open mats at St.X and small but excellent camps at my house thru the off season.I cant thank him enough for the hard work and effort he has put into coaching my sons.     My sons went to a camp at UTC, university of tenn. chatanooga.They offer different types of camps at the same time,technique,team and intensity.The intensity camp is 8 days long and pushes them to their limits.My sons had a higher threshold for work and intensity after doing the camp.They may have website with details.They provided 3 meals and a dorm room for campers last year.

    The ankle picks on Cooper were in the 1rst match and if you were to wrestle Dominic Lampe you might find out that he has a unique set up that has caught almost everyone he wrestled .Cooper didnt get ankle picked a single time in their 2nd match.My point is it was a rude and inaccurate to try and slander Cooper over the 1rst match he proved it wasnt going to happen again in the 2nd match.Good luck to all of these wrestlers in the state tourny go get those state titles.

    Lets have a little fun and make an allstar dual.North and east verses south and west Oldham county goes south,franklin and lexington north and east.So build teams and great matches by bumping weights .We should really do this I bet it would be a great event and a good way to prepare for nationals.

    There really is no reason to make the outcome of a match seem better or worse for any wrestler, because win or lose by a little or alot the result for both wrestlers should be the same.Think about what you did well and keep it up think about what you did poorly and get to work,because in the end it is all about the work.The hard work and determination to be their best is what makes them a success,the wins are the proof that it is working.
