As a first year head coach i would say that coach walls does a good job of getting ready for a match, he would always joke about if someone that you were about to wrestle, would be talking smack, and most of the time he is serious, and other times he just makes you laugh, he is a funny guy to hang out with. mickey walls just had that natural ability my freshman and sophomore year, and now he is back as assistant coach so he always gets us ready.

2 of my friends have just came back from Parris Island and they both have changed alot Mikey Hale has made a complete turn-around from what he was before he was shipped there, he got in trouble like every day he said, then Jacob Jenkins didn't take it as serious as Mikey and still acts the same I was very surprised by the attitude changes, Mikey seems to have alot more respect for him and every one else.

Caldwell County had about 12 kids show up to the mizzou camp in union county, it was a very good camp i learned a lot to bad ben askren only stayed for 2 days. but overall it was worth it

to tell you the truth last year was the first year i was varsity come regionals, after my sophomore year bieng beat out at 135 by gavin agnewand then him bumping back up to 145 and couldnt make the weight again. i placed 6th at 135 in region 1 last year and i just would be glad if i make it to the state tourney, and i know mickey and jason will put me at the best weight class i could compete at

i would just like to hear some. mine is Mike Emanual. he was a linbacker on the Chapmionship football team for UK. He also a wrestler, coach. He coached in Florida for 27 years and now teaches at Caldwell Co. He has been there for me and my brother since my freshman. I am now a junior and he is retiring. He is in his early 60s and works out like he is still 17, a true man to follow and listen to.

im from caldwell and the two seniors that we had this year were clay overbey (140) and logan kenneday (215). im a junior now and im gonna miss them both because ive only gotten closer to them as the last 3 years went on when i moved down to kentucky the summer of my freshman year meeting them both on the football team and then wrestling with them.

for me its Gavin Agnew (152) from Caldwell Co. he chose the wrong week to have a bad tourney and ended up losing a close match to Josh Willet from Union Co. in the semi's and then not even trying and losing to Eric Buchanon from Henderson Co. in the semifinals of the consolation bracket. for a kid that has a lot of talent, he didnt even try at regionals. and Kyle Proffitt (171) is another one from Caldwell, had Jeff White from Christian Co. pinned and the ref didnt even call it pinned. and ended up dislocating his AC in his shoulder in the semifinal consolation match against Derek Dillard
