kdsmith27 14 Report post Posted June 7, 2006 IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON FREESTYLE LEG CLINCH, from USA Wrestling's National Freestyle Coaches Dave Bennett USA Wrestling 04/09/2006 Freestyle Clinch: The winner of the toss will select which leg he wishes to clinch. The opponent will present that leg. The clinch must be head outside only. The offensive wrestler may be on both feet or one or both knees. His lock must be behind the knee and he cannot turn the corner.
