This camp will provide you with the technique, training, and intensity that it takes to become a CHAMPION!

Day One - Technique from the feet, concentrating on set ups and takedowns.

Day Two - Technique from the top position.  Wrestlers will learn new pinning combinations and become a better rider.

Day Three - Technique from the botton position.  Wrestlers will develop a new attitude towards getting out from the bottom.  Freestyle & Greco Roman techniques will also be covered.
