piledriver 0 Report post Posted January 3, 2010 well coach is telling everyone on the team that you have to wrestle at least 50% of your matches at that weight but i thought that you had to wrestle twice at that weight before state duals, help me out here guys.... thegreatgatsby 23 Report post Posted January 3, 2010 Actually you hvae to make it once by State Duals weekend. That is when the weight decent plan stops. If you make it by then, you are "certified" at that weight. In order to be eligible for region or postseason competition, you have to have a combination of 4 weigh-ins and matches.
