Southern112 0 Report post Posted March 8, 2006 For anybody that didnt know, Joe Powers is Southern High Schools first ever state Champion. In the city of Louisville, February 28, was declared by the mayor of louisville, as State Champion Joe Powers Day! I just wanted to let everyone know how hard he worked for this and how much hes accomplished after only wrestling for 1 1/2 years at southern...Congradulations joe!!! Allamerican125 0 Report post Posted March 27, 2006 I know March 22 was Harrison County High School Wrestlers Day, It was declared back in 1983-84 season when Harrison County had 4 state finalists, Thad Judy, Jeff Watts, Greg Ashbrook and Troy Hatfield, coached by Rick Dingus.
