DuckThat! 0 Report post Posted October 2, 2009 Can someone please clarify for me what the exact rules are?what if there is a kid that is already below 7% body fat naturally, does he have to weigh in at the weight he wants to go? or can he b within a few pounds and just get a doctors note? If you are below 7 percent body fat you cannot lose any more weight and you must get a doctors note stating that the weight you are at is your natural body weight. Meaning that you did not lose weight to get below 7 percent body fat. You cannot lose any more weight. The lowest you will be allowed to weigh in at is whatever you wiegh in at during your fat test. Remember you also must be hydrated for the fat test. If you are not hydrated then the test does not count. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
