Woodford County High School Nationals Workout sessions!!!!!!!

Woodford County will be offering intense workouts starting 3/9 in preparation for nationals in Virginia Beach. any one interested in attending sessions are more than welcomed to workouts will be every Monday and Wednesday from roughly 6-8 p.m.
