Are there National State vs State duals?

Does this exist and if so how are wrestlers chosen to represent their state.  Team Ky vs. Team Ind etc..

national team duals are held in maryland every year about 3 weeks after state. you can compete as a state represented team or as a club team. as of this time there is no team ky at the high school level. although i would like to see it.

Sounds like a pretty good idea to me
