Coach Riordan 34 Report post Posted March 8, 2023 Coaches & Wrestlers: Next Wednesday, March 15th Oldham Co. HS will be hosting the first RTC Workout. 5:00-6:30pm in the OCHS wrestling room. These workouts will rotate between OCHS and St. Xavier HS. Last spring we had wrestlers from all over attend these workouts including Oldham, North Oldham, St. X, Trinity, Fern Creek, Southern, Male, Moore, PRP, LaRue, and Spencer County. These workouts are absolutely free and a great opportunity for wrestlers in our area to get on a wrestling mat in the off-season. Workouts are open to all MS and HS wrestlers. Wrestlers must have a current USAW membership (all MS wrestlers should have these already. HS wrestlers may need to renew). Coaches invited as well!
