Knightdale Coach 0 Report post Posted May 5, 2017 Knightdale High School of Collaborative Design is involved with hosting several tournaments through the 2017-2018 season. Here is a flyer for our events. KHSCD has a terrific facility, we plan to run 7 mats for each of these tournaments, we have a terrific hospitality room, great competition, superb officiating, and are well-organized. KHSCD is conveniently located just east of Raleigh, North Carolina. The events will be sanctioned by the NFHS. December 9 - Jerry Daniels Invitational This event will feature a modified team scoring structure that emphasizes the pin. Here is a short powerpoint to explain the differences between traditional scoring and Jerry Daniels scoring. Last year, Kellam High School, from Virginia won the event. December 22-23 - 46th annual WRAL / HighSchoolOT.com Wrestling Invitational KHSCD co-hosts this event at Athens Drive High School in Raleigh (just minutes from the campus of North Carolina State University) 40 Teams from SC, NC, VA, WV, and GA regularly compete in this prestigious event.
