If you are in the Louisville/Southern Indiana Area, you should definitely sign up for one of the programs but even if you live further away, it is worth the drive.  The practices are fast-paced and have a great blend of technique, hard drilling, live, and conditioning.  It's perfect for wrestlers wanting to train for offseason tournaments (FloNationals, NHSCA, Fargo, etc).
