Who – Youth Wrestlers - K - 6th Grade

Where –Mason Middle School 6370 Mason-Montgomery Rd, Mason OH 45040 (Wrestling Room)

Time – 9:00AM – 2:00PM (Lunch will be provided)

Athletic Warm-up (20 Minutes)
Water Break – (5 Minutes)
Stance, Shot, Sprawl, and Stand-up w/ a partner (20 Minutes)
Stance, Motion, Set-ups and Tie-ups w/ Partner (20 Minutes)
Water Break – (5 Minutes)
Perfecting the Double Leg (20 Minutes)
Perfecting the Snap and Spin (20 Minutes)
Water Break – (5 Minutes)
Perfecting the Outside Sweep (20 Minutes)
Perfecting the Duck-under/Slide-by (20 Minutes)
