Those are kids that placed 7th or 8th in their semi state that went on to place at state. None of the other middle schoolers placed 7th or 8th at semi state.

There are a few programs that have 5 or 6 kids registered and props to them for trying to grow the sport in kentucky. Some teams have huge teams during the regular season, but aren't bringing a single kid this weekend.

Probably 119 and 125 cuz then their will be 3 or 4 kids, which in 2 tournaments (freestyle & greco) is a decent amount of matches. Moving 114 up to 125 would be a lot of weight to go up to.

I have two questions: 1. If you miss weight do you have to pay a fee? 2. Can you sign up for multiple weights and age groups?

We also had some middle school champions as well.

That sounds fun, it's a great idea to have wrestlers bond with each other over the offseason since we don't always have to be enemies.

I wasn't there so I didn't see the match, but I was wondering if he was just messing around or what because he has dominated a lot of guys that placed at middle school state.

What's the point of not being able to wrestle middle school because you are a second-year 8th grader, but you are allowed to wrestle youth, especially as a top 10 high schooler.

It looks to me like nobody else likes it either. My point is this is not a thread to brag about your kids results at state.

I'm sure you're very proud of your kid and you have every reason to be, but you don't have to post it on a thread of reasons why we need to fix high school state.

No, the seeding meeting was last night. Only those who were on the call know who got what seed. Hopefully they post the brackets soon, but I have a feeling it wont be until friday.
