We were wanting to do it March 5th but the facility was booked for the Harlem Globetrotters. Looking forward to seeing any out of state wrestlers willing to make the trip (Youth to HS). Always some great competition!

Legacy National Team is looking for K-6 wrestlers to fill the weights below for the AAU K-6 National Duals in Kingsport, TN on 3/27-3/29. Weigh ins are from 10:30am-1:30pm on Friday 3/27. Columbus, IN is home to Cummins-maker of the Cummins Diesel Engine. If you went last year, you know what a great tournament it is. Last year 458 wrestlers from 5 states registered to battle for the Diesel City fight shorts. We will have all licensed officials, light show, Don Jones custom shirts and gear, TBD Sports Photography, Game On mouthguards, Footwork Trainer booth, great concessions and fantastic competition. New this year is the women's division! There will be a team points race for 1st or 2nd place trophies. Small team, medium team, large team, academy/all-star, and women's divisions. There are many great restaurants and breweries in Columbus featuring: BBQ, Japanese, Chinese, Tai, Asian Fusion, Indian, Italian, Sports Bar Fare, Pizza, and more. Downtown is also the Commons which has a huge indoor playground where kids can have fun at no cost. Across the street is Zaharakos ice cream parlor, which is over 100 years old! Last year registration ended early to ensure a well run tournament so be sure to get yours in early! Costume contest for wrestlers will take place after weigh ins! Winner will receive a pair of the Diesel City fight shorts (Not the champion shorts). I also have it on good authority that Marshall Pomeroy of the Colts and Dustin Bentz of Madison will wrestle off for a pair of fight shorts! Bring your popcorn!

Who would be interested in putting together some Kentucky age group dual teams for early September? The tournament will be in the Louisville area. Teams for 9U, 10U, 12U, and 15U. Footwork Trainer: Isaac Knable 4xstate champ and Div. 1 wrestler for IU will demonstrate his footwork trainer that has been improving wrestler's footwork throughout the nation. We use USA Wrestling weights which coincide with HS weights. There are also a couple lower weights added in USA Wrestling though. No 2 lb. allowance though. Scratch weight. We will more than likely end up combining some of the HS entries in order to get wrestlers more matches.
