170 looks like they just seeded the top 3 and threw the others in.

It's kind of hilarious to be worried about 2 points but with state the way it is, 2 points will be very needed.

I’m looking more at 1/2. The 106 bracket has all region 1 on top and 2 on the bottom. Same kids wrestle each other all over again. 145- Mason Kellett makes finals and gets 2nd just to have the guy that got 3rd to get the 2nd seed. Kellett was screwed because of a tougher schedule and a couple more losses. I’m sure you all see more and more of these too.

4 unranked kids made it through. 6 ranked 20-25 9 ranked 15-19 15 top 5 didn’t make it.

It’s really not that far off from an unseeded state when you look at it that way.

This seeding is working in 90% of the brackets and would work better if teams had full seasons. It has rewarded a few with weak schedules and a few that did well at state last year , and has hurt some that didn’t get a chance to go last year and that finished well at regionals, but in the end the best 2 (pretty much) will emerge to state finals. It’s gonna be a crazy ride. In the end, you’ve gotta win matches for that state title. Will Johnson Central and Trinity have too big of a lead for Ryle, Union , or Campbell to make up? Gotta put kids in the finals for big points.

Tkc had 1 decision. Duke had 1 dec and 1 tech Others down to Raney had losses. Raney pinned all. Smith had all pins with 1 major Thomas: no losses. 1 major, 1 tech. The rest pins. One kid from what all I can find has all pins. No techs. No majors. No losses. That’s Jordyn Raney. * Spencer Moore- all pins. Cole Thomas all pins, 1 major, 1 tech.

I’ve been told that here each kid gets 4, if they don’t buy them all, the school sets it up for a 1st come, 1st serve.

It’s like a magical made up number.

Yup the 145 bracket is messed up. He wrestles the same guy he wrestled in the finals. What a mess. Top of It is kinda the same for region 1.

These money hungry mfers. The joke gets bigger and bigger. 2 coaches for 30 teams makes them another $1200. Like $20 wasn’t a rip off enough.
