I do get bothered at folks that self aggrandize, especially in this sport that places a premium on honor and dignity. Just let your boy wrestle. Enjoy it, it goes by quickly.

    For Lee to make the finals on basically 1 leg and lose by a point to a very tough DeSanto shows how much of a stud Spencer really is I expect him to redshirt and get healthy a torn ACL is a serious injury but anyone writing this kid off is foolish.. Also i don't know forsure if it was a torn ACL but his Dad did tell me at the State Tournament that it was dinged up pretty bad and that he prefers him to call it a career..

    Is he at 239 now ? I have said for awhile i thought he looked better lighter.. That's not a knock just a question I throughly believe Austin will AA by his senior year if he gets leaner..

    I remember a time when Papa Myers wasn't impressed with Snyder winning a Junior world title and thought Myers was the better 220 couple years later taps out in front of a ruckus Ohio State crowd Karma the Papa Myers brought on himself weird how the Universe works out...
