  1. Congratulations to Blake and his family. He must have had a off day at regionals because he looked like a champion at state.
  2. When your kids go trick or treating and their candy disappears.
  3. When on any day asked during wrestling season you know your childs weight to the ounce.
  4. I'm in total agreement with the above. I for one did not know Gamble before regions but i did take time to meet and talk to him and his dad. Very respectable young man and is very serious about his wrestling. As for who takes the #1 spot on the podium at 140 i think it's going to be a battle. Upset in the making? Who knows.

Toughest weight class in each region?

I think some kids brought their there A game but his exprience paid off in end. The 140 championship round for me was the most exciting of the day. Great wrestling and a great kid.

Toughest weight class in each region?

I agree with the comments about some districts not getting any attention. But i wonder if its because of lack of information. I know Baker in district 7 at 140 has wrestled high school most of the year and won disrticts with ease aganist some decent competition. So i also am looking foward to see how things play out at state. That's what keeps this sport exciting the unknown.

My vote goes to the 140lb class. With Gamble,Smallwood,Leavell,Biddix and Carrillo. There may in be a dark horse lurking in this class?
